BOOKING REQUESTS.
To book an appointment with me, you will need to fill out a BOOKING REQUEST. Due to the volume of inquiries I receive, not all requests are going to be accepted. If I think that the project is better suited for another artist, I may decline it and recommend you to someone else.
Requests are reviewed weekly so be patient, I will get back to you in the order it was received. keep your eyes open for an EMAIL RESPONSE, AND CHECK YOUR JUNK MAIL!
CONSULTATIONS.
Sometimes in person consultations are needed for tattoos. Typically larger scale works, space fillers, and tattoos that wrap a lot. I'll let you know if this is required before your appointment date!
All consultations are held in person at the shop I'm working at. Please keep that in mind and plan accordingly!
DEPOSITS,
CANCELLATIONS,
RESCHEDULING.
Deposits are required to book an appointment. Of there is no deposit, the appointment will not be booked. Deposits are needed to hold the date of your appointment, and pay me for the design I will be drawing. All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance, including rescheduling and cancellations.
All deposits are paid via digital wallets or cash.
if you need to reschedule, please give as much notice as possible. I do my best to honor deposits during reschedules; and they're handled by a case by case basis. However, if not enough time is given, another deposit may be asked for, if it is too close to the original appointment date.
If you no show an appointment, without contact, your appointment will be cancelled and if you wish to re-book, another deposit will be needed. However I also reserve the right to not reschedule you, in case of a no show.
I hold a 10 minute grace period for appointments. if you do not contact me prior to your scheduled appointment time: your appointment will be considered cancelled and no deposit will be returned.
DESIGN CHANGES.
As an artist I don't reveal the design to clients before the time of their appointment. Trusting your artist is important to the process of a tattoo, you're booking an appointment with me, its because you like my work! You should trust that your artist will give you a design that you will love! However, if you dislike anything about the design, please be honest with me as your artist! There is no offense taken! We will simply try again!
Some minor changes can be made on the spot, however if the design has too many changes to be made- we will reschedule the appointment! I do have the right to deny the request of the rework and cancel the appointment altogether if the rework is proposed. Please be as descriptive as possible in your booking forum to ensure this does not happen!
GIFT CARDS.
Certain times of the year I offer gift cards! They make a fantastic gift for a love one who might want a tattoo, or to bring down the cost of a big tattoo.
If you'd like to buy one, for a loved one; The money put forward will be the amount put on the card. Pick up is at studio only. There you will have a card, number, and amount written and with its expiration date. Cards are viable for a year, with the date of purchase written on the card. in exactly one year it will be void. It is your responsibility to keep the card safe. Replacements will not be issued, And once a card is purchased, there will be no refunds.
If you have received a gift card; and are wishing to use it- send in a booking request as you would a normal appointment, and write your card number in the price range section of the booking forum. I, or my assistant will get in touch with a proper quote and date of your appointment. For Gift cards there is no need for a deposit, it is simply taken from your total on the gift card, and implemented the same way as it would a typical appointment.
However, if you fail to show up to the appointment date without contact, your gift card is void and no longer of use. If you messaged before your scheduled appointment date and time, that something has come up. it may be honored, or another deposit will be taken from the cards total.
I have the right to reject the tattoo for any reason. Under no circumstance will I tattoo anything hateful, transphobic, or anti lgbt+.
Please keep in mind I am an artist who is capable of many different styles but not all of them. Please keep in mind some tattoos might not be suited to my style, hyper realism, geometric ect. Please keep this in mind when purchasing a card. if you are unsure, or have multiple ideas, please reach out and we can speak on it more.
